The date has now been firmed up to tie in with both The Moel Siabod Fell Race & the Capel Curig Carnival in the hope that we can make Capel Curig the place to be & linger in for a long & relaxed (except for the runners) day. On a beautiful Saturday afternoon I set off a bit later than planned to have a crack at beating my time set in March last year. The real aim though was to get in a good training session for next weekend’s Welsh 1,000 metre race. Well Fraser & I gave what should be our final Nepal Presentation last Friday in a great teepee venue at the Keswick Mountain Festival. It seemed to go down well, we think, although trying to cram everything into a 45 minute slot was not easy.
